Syd Meyer is a filmmaker, sponsored kiteboarder and the founder of SSS Lighthouse Creative, a video agency. She walked away from a top business school, moved across the country with no job, no income and a camera, and couch-hopped for a year and a half to fund the business. She documents all of it, in public, while it is still happening.
It started witha lighthouse.
My dad built one by hand in our backyard. Years later I named my agency after it: creative storytelling for people and brands with something worth amplifying.

Kiteboarding opened my eyes to what we're capable of in this life. Grounding yourself with Mother Nature and learning to communicate with the wind is one of the most special things I've ever done.
